"Prep is a dirty business," and expensive columns can be quickly destroyed by crude samples if proper precautions are not taken. Higgins Analytical's HAISpeed20 Prep Guard System provides effective column protection without compromising performance. In addition to an efficiently packed bed which retains strongly absorbing junk that would change the selectivity of the prep column, these unique guard cartridges have 0.5µm frits that remove particulate contaminants as well.
