Ideal where large quantities of solvent are used in the labs doing Flash Chromatography or GPC Clean up among other things.
The standard distillation device has an input volume of 5 litres and is designed for average solvent consumption in a laboratory.
The modern touchsreen control makes the handling the device simple. It runs the unit automatically using timed events for an initial and main run to control the reflux/withdrawal ratio and heating power.
Due to sophisticated monitoring features all models are safe to use. The run will abort automatically, if cooling water is short, if the chosen head or reboiler temperature is exceeded or if the defined level of solvent in the reboiler is under-run.
