Returns and Exchanges

Our Guarantee

If, for any reason, an item purchased from us does not give 100% customer satisfaction we will exchange it or offer a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase date.
 
Certain items are excluded from this guarantee including all liquid flow path components in Liquid Chromatography equipment and LC columns. However, if you let us know of the nature of your problem or complaint, we will take a considered view of the circumstances and where necessary we will either refund or replace the items that are subject to this exclusion.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will also honour all our suppliers' warranty conditions on the products they manufacture.

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorisation number (RGA) and a Decontamination Certificate. Items need to be returned in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.  Once you have obtained an RGA and packed the items securely, include all paperwork and send it back to:

Any items returned without an RGA and the necessary decontamination certificate will not be accepted on delivery.
 
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited or a credit note issued for the full value. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
